Eliana is Hebrew for "God Has Answered" and for the three members of Eliana - a contemporary Christian music trio - this has certainly been true.
There really couldn't be three more diverse personalities, backgrounds and even vocal sounds and ranges. Yet incredibly, beside the powerful message in their songs, it is their vocal blend and chemistry together that people remember after hearing them.
Recently, Eliana travelled to Nashville, Tennessee to record their debut, self-written CD's.
Barb Marchuk, Kim McCarthy and Nicki Murray make up this trio from Southern Alberta. It is their fervent prayer and desire to spread the message of the gospel to as many people as possible through song.
